GLOBAL TAXMAN REFUND POLICY
At Global Taxman, we are committed to providing high-quality tax, accounting, and financial advisory services. We work diligently to ensure that our users have the best possible experience on our platform. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to reach out to us. We will do our best to address your concerns, resolve the issue, or offer a refund or credit for future services.
Not Satisfied? Let Us Know!
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us directly. To initiate the process, log in to your account using the email address associated with your payment. If you have forgotten your password, use the “forgot password” option to reset it.
Once logged in, select the service engagement that did not meet your expectations and click on the "Not Satisfied" option. We will escalate the issue to our team to expedite a resolution. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as government authorities or issues related to incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by you. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue.
30-Day Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of your payment. However, Global Taxman considers its service obligation fulfilled once access to the platform is granted. The client assumes full responsibility for any further action and the final outcome of the service.
Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation charge.
Change of Service
If you wish to change the service you ordered for another one, you can request this change within 7 days of your payment.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please log in to your account and select the "Get Help" option to initiate the process. Additionally, send an email to help@globaltaxman.com with the transaction details to start the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks after all required information is received.
Penalties or Tax Payments
Once access to the platform is provided, Global Taxman considers its service obligation fulfilled. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted. Global Taxman will not be responsible for paying any penalties, taxes, or other costs incurred by the client during or after the service. We are not liable for the outcome or any additional costs related to the completion of services.
Factors Outside Our Control
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results for services due to factors beyond our control. For example, government agencies may reject applications (such as tax filings) for legal reasons unrelated to Global Taxman’s service. Additionally, delays may occur due to government backlogs or issues with official platforms (such as tax websites), and these delays are beyond our control.
Services rendered by external associates on platforms not owned by Global Taxman are also outside our refund coverage. Any delays or issues from third-party services cannot be used as a basis for requesting a refund.
Force Majeure
Global Taxman shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor strikes, and other force majeure events. In such cases, Global Taxman is not liable for any delay or inability to fulfill its obligations.
